Chair of Melcrum's "Employee Engagement Conference"

I've been invited to chair Melcrum's upcoming Employee Engagement conference here in Sydney. On from 29-30 May, with a couple of pre-conference workshops on the 28th, it will feature lots of advice and expertise in an area of great organizational interest. Check out the brochure here.
